Finding Yourself on the Outside

Why do some people find themselves on the outside and ignored as members of a leadership team? Here's a few of the behaviors that can lead to someone being the odd man out...

Being resistant to change 
Being negative about everything
Always having an excuse 
Never having a solution 
Holding opinions until after the decision has been made 
Talking behind people’s back
Not buying into the vision
